Create Your Own Exotic Ornamental Lamps, Lighting From Bamboo

Having the lights in the living room or foyer does not have to be expensive. In fact you can make your own, ie, by utilizing a large bamboo. Your room will appear exotic and even romantic.

Materials: Bamboo, 5-watt energy efficient light yellow color, enough cable, paint or varnish, clear poxy paint, cement and sandpaper.
How to make:
1. Choose the dried bamboo one, which is quite large with a diameter of 10 cm. Cut the bamboo with a length of 1.5 m or as needed.
2. Clean it with sandpaper and paint throughout bamboo with brown color or varnish. Wait until dry.
3. Select one of the segment that will become as the lamp holder. The upper part of the segment should be sawed off part. Do not forget there is a part of the segment that remains intact for the lamp holder.
4. Clean the parts that have been open for bamboo with sandpaper in order that powder lost .
5. Punch a hole through the middle of the bamboo for the cable.
6. To make the lamp holder, use cement. ThenYou can use small bucket or old paint to the mold. The height of theholder between 7 s.d. 10 cm.
7. Cat back all of the bamboo, the stand, including the inside of the segment that is already open. Use poxy clear paint to make the color brown and shiny open field.
8. Installing the lights and put lights in places that have been planned.
9. If you want to put a light in open space., Shut the lights that are open with acrylic or glass.
