1. Wood furniture that is not padded (unfinished)

Treatment requires painstaking and very careful, because it is easy clung to dirt like grease, stains, liquids and so forth. If exposed to water, the fiber-fiber will expand so that the surface becomes rough.

Daily maintenance:

* Rub with a clean cloth, soft and hairless.

* In case of liquid spills should be immediately removed.

* Immediately clean the former fat attached with a damp cloth containing a detergent. Do not let the water too long wet wood surfaces, wipe carefully with a dry cloth.

Intensive Cleaning:

* Simply done once a year.

* Wash with cold water containing detergent.

* Can also use a mild soap.

* After drying overnight,   then rubbed the furniture with smoothest sandpaper that wrapped around  with the cork.

* The movement in the direction of scrubbing should be wood fibers.

* Never use a steel brush (steel wool).

2. Painted wood furniture

Painted wood furniture easily damaged because of a blow or scratch. If exposed to spills of liquids such as tea, coffee and so on will cause the stains are difficult to remove. So be careful if you want to put a cup of tea or hot coffee on bare wood furniture, because it will leave a mark.

Daily maintenance:

* Rub with a clean cloth, soft and hairless.

* In case of liquid spills, clean up immediately.

* Movement rubbing is direction of the fiber lines.

Intensive Cleaning:

* Performed only when deemed necessary.

* Wash gently using lukewarm water and containing a little detergent.

* Use a little water then rub until dry. There must be no stagnant water on the wood surface.

3. Wooden furniture which finished with teak oil

Finishing wit teak oil gives a natural impression of wood furniture, but not many provide protection against heat, water, alcohol and other liquids.

Daily maintenance:

* Rub with a clean cloth, dry and not hairy.

* Remove the stains or the circles of the former location of the cups, plates and so on with a cloth dampened first with a dilute teak oil.

* After 10-15 minutes Brush vigorously with a dry cloth to remove oils that are still attached.

* Test whether the oil was still attached by placing a paper or cloth to dry completely on the wood surface. If the paper or fabric is still visible oil, repeat scrubbing.

Intensive Cleaning:

* Rub furniture with a damp cloth containing a detergent but watch so do not get too wet surface.

* Then rub with a clean cloth soaked with paint thinner.

* Dampen stain with a dilute teak oil for about 10 minutes to sucking oil stains.

* Then apply teak oil to the entire surface.

* For oil soak, rub the surface with fine sandpaper . If a polished surface is plane, sandpaper wrapped in a thin foam-covered wood.

* How to rub it must comply with the direction of fibers and continue dampen  with oil. Clean excess oil carefully until completely dry.
